Hartsfield Jackson International Airport (ATL), “the world’s busiest airport”, is undergoing a massive expansion program called ATLNext. APR was tasked to support budget development and reviews in association with the validation of the various capital improvement program (CIP) valuations relative to lease agreements to support airport senior management in updating budget and reconciling with stakeholders. Programs include North Terminal Extension, Concourse G Development, Plane Train Turnback (Phases 1 & 2), New 6th Runway, North and South Parking Decks, Concourse D Renewal/Replacement, and several program/project elements.
