APR LEADERSHIP

The APR team brings deep experience delivering integrated project controls, analytics, and advisory services across major capital and complex infrastructure programs nationwide. Since 2015, APR professionals have served as trusted advisors to senior leadership and stakeholders—helping navigate complex delivery environments to achieve increased capacity with scalable resources.

Across these programs, APR provides comprehensive services including cost estimating and management, schedule development and analysis, advanced analytics, digital program platforms, risk and claims evaluation, and document control. Our experience spans facility renovations and major expansions, with a consistent focus on strengthening cost and schedule certainty, enabling proactive risk mitigation, and delivering decision-ready insights that enhance program performance.

APR augments its core team with specialized subject matter experts (SMEs) to address complex and evolving program needs. These experts bring advanced capabilities in Primavera P6 scheduling, Contruent/CostOS estimating, and Power BI dashboard development—supporting integrated planning, controls, and Digital Tower reporting.
