New construction of a 60,000 SF public library with an adjoining 300-space parking garage. The project included an assessment of the city’s needs, development of the program, and 18 months of design. APR performed independent cost estimates for two different sets of schematic designs, as well as a reprice estimate with contingencies and escalations one year later.
