APR supported DFW Airport’s transition to Contruent by helping align the platform with the airport’s existing estimating workflows, reporting needs, and production requirements. The effort addressed both implementation and post-rollout operational readiness, with the goal of preserving estimate production continuity during a critical systems transition.
The challenge was not simply software deployment, but making sure the new environment functioned effectively for working estimators and DFW-specific processes.
APR provided business analysis, workflow support, implementation input, report development, user management, training, calculator configuration, template design, interface customization, BIM integration support, and issue resolution. APR also helped develop project labeling, tracking processes, NAICS code solutions, and DFW-specific adjustments to rate tables and data-source behavior.
The work continued beyond initial setup to support refinement, issue resolution, and coordination with the software developer as the solution matured.
