APR supported a facilities condition assessment program covering all D.C. Federal Courthouses, where large volumes of asset condition data needed to be translated into organized, owner-ready cost reporting. The program included more than 30,000 records across six buildings and structures and required consistent classification, validation, and summary logic.
The client needed a way to turn raw assessment information into reporting outputs that aligned with owner requirements and supported presentation, prioritization, and planning.
APR connected live data from client-managed SharePoint lists to the estimating workflow, automated import routines, categorized corrective action types, and cross-walked Uniformat information to discipline-specific groupings. APR also built automated QA/QC checks and a custom utility for grouping and summarizing the data by multiple reporting views.
That structure allowed the project team to generate owner-specific reports based on asset classification, Uniformat, CSI MasterFormat, work package, priority, and repair type, without repeatedly restructuring the data manually.
