APR supported LAWA’s Olympic readiness facilities condition assessment effort by helping establish a centralized environment for collecting, organizing, and visualizing field assessment data. The program required a more unified reporting approach that could support both detailed data handling and executive-level visibility.
The client needed a platform that could function as a central reporting hub rather than a collection of disconnected files, forms, and summary outputs.
APR conducted requirements-gathering sessions with stakeholders and designed a Dataverse and Power App solution to capture, process, and house FCA data from field reports. APR then connected that data to Power BI visualizations and stood up a shared dashboard site to serve as a Digital Tower environment for program-related reporting.
The solution also supported data cleaning, sorting, and expanded tracking needs, including APR/LAWA-specific project organization and grouping logic.
