APR supported Douglas County’s SPLOST program by developing an enterprise project controls environment capable of managing program information in a structured, secure, and publish-ready way. The County needed a centralized solution that could support financial tracking, project oversight, reporting, and public communication.
The challenge was to bring multiple program management functions together in one environment without sacrificing usability or reporting quality.
APR built a centralized database-backed controls solution with encrypted data transfer, hierarchical security and permissions, and a client-specific interface for program administration. The platform included dashboards and custom reports covering funding, bonds, repayment schedules, project groups, estimates, change orders, bids, contracts, schedules, progress, invoices, and pay applications.
APR also structured outputs in PDF, Excel, and HTML so reports could be used both internally and on the County’s public-facing site.
